Community Staff Nurse, School Nursing 22.5 hours

Are you motivated and keen to develop skills working with children and families in the community? If so, this is an exciting time to consider a career as a Community Staff Nurse in School Nursing within Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Children and Families Team.

The School Nursing Service supports school aged children attending education provision or being home schooled in Hampshire. You will contribute to assessment, planning and delivery of commissioned Public Health Services
