Position Summary:

Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the bar area in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements, and maintains bar service within the hotel and ensures that customers are served promptly and courteously. Additionally, oversee hygiene and safety regulations. Motivate and lead the departments to work as part of the wider hotel team in order to promote a positive image of the hotel at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff scheduling, ordering supplies, creating drink specials, service, cleanliness, and the overall customer experience.
• Develop and implement creative, high-quality cocktail menus that showcase unique flavors and presentation.
• Inspect all aspects of the bar area, ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order, and direct respective personnel to rectify deficiencies immediately.
