Senior Program Manager

Location: Alexandria, VA - May occasionally be required to work at an Arlington Office

The Senior Program Manager (Senior PM) serves as the Government's main point-of-contact and provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel working under the contract. The Senior PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of all work performed and products delivered. The Senior PM must have organizational authority to assign work to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing efforts, and manage overall performance of all services performed:

• Assist with developing business processes, conducting special studies, providing technical advice, assessing productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.

• Apply knowledge of process improvement, performance management, and change management as the program office makes organizational improvement for its PSSP.
