Responsibilities
• Lead and manage automotive electronic HAVC related projects.
• Understand client requirement and communicate with offshore team
• Define project timelines, manage costs, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with international suppliers or development team
• Keep relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field
• 3+ years' of project leadership or management experience
• 10+ years' of automotive industry experience
• Experience in design and development in electronic control sector
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design, ASPICE Level 2 and functional safety
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and English More Detail
