Responsible to perform any related tasks for the Executive Department consistent with the company’s vision and mission statements and core values.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages schedules and sets-up meetings and conference for Executive Department and internal customers.
• Routes memoranda, cheques and other documents signed by the Executive Department to concerned department personnel.
• Prepares reports as requested by the Executive Directors
• Participates in various company programs and activities; attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.
• Files documents for future reference and maintains an orderly filing system to ensure easy retrieval.
• Ushers in and attends to visitors in the Executive Department.

QUALIFICATIONS
• College graduate + Secretarial Training.
• Must have at least ONE (1) year experience as Secretary, preferably reporting to the Executive Director of a Company.
