Job Description

-Establishes machine trouble report, utilization rate, lost time monitoring, parts monitoring , preventive maintenance schedule reports, and other technical reports
• Creates KAIZEN for production line improvement
• to become more productive and have sustainable line operations
• Train newly hired technicians
• Preparing maintenance records and perform machine set up to ensure that the machines, tools and equipments is available , in good conditions and meet specifications and requirements for production use.
• Maintain and monitor performance of machinery and equipment, adjust as needed with information to superior in any adjustment done
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning parts and conduct sample or test to ensure that repairs are satisfactory
• Performing preventive repair and maintenance of company's machine, test equipment and components within the assessment /instruction of manager depending on the Technician's skills
