Duties and Responsibilities

-Overall in charge of site construction and implementation

-Ensure schedule of all deliverables

-Tracking activities of a project from beginning to end

-Budget planning and cost estimating

-Preparation of method statement

-Check and approve shop drawings submitted by subcontractors

-Inspection of all work scopes using check sheet as verification and record

-Assigning tasks to various contractors and subcontractors

-Create Project Quality Plan that obtains requirement for a method statement, samples approval and test requirements

-Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety act are enforced

-Monitor contractor field operations for quality levels and conformance to contract documents

-Attend and conduct regular office and site coordination meetings with the proponent representative and consultant

-Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports in compliance to the approved program of work
