Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global FMCG company is looking for an Associate Recruiter to be based in One Pacific Place, Jakarta to work onsite on a hybrid arrangement. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands recruitment needs
• Identify relevant channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are managed to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community
