• Site Management: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to plans.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
• Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment and prevent accidents.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status, including milestones achieved and any issues encountered.
