To provide both clerical and administrative support to the solar plant staff on daily basis. The incumbent will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office and or plant procedures and have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

· Procurement

Ø Maintain an effective procurement system, including timeous preparation and processing of POs to ensure prompt payment of invoices

Ø Manage and maintain vendor register and application system

Ø Equipment lifecycle and inventory management

Ø Management of physical stores, spares ordering, receiving, issuing and returns
