The Engineering Manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for the installation and maintenance of plant assets and equipment. This is a leadership role at the plant and will manage the site maintenance team as well as external contract partners who support our capital and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
• Manage the capital project portfolio for the Aubange plant, working with site management and corporate engineering to ensure we are executing capital aligned with business objectives.
• Accountable for execution of capital projects from conceptualization through start up, in accordance with Michelman’s stage gate process
• Prepare the annual capital budget as well as working with the corporate engineering team to establish a 5-year capital forecast for the region.
• Manage the maintenance team and contractors to ensure projects are prioritized effectively and executed safely, on time, and on budget
