Controller - Real Estate Asset Manager

Location: Luxembourg

EUR 70,000 - 80,000 + Bonus

Our client is a specialist pan-European Real Estate Asset and Investment Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the production of accounts and their approval by the Subsidiaries of the Funds
• Manage the cash flow of the Funds and optimise returns to investors
• Manage quarterly reporting to investors
• Manage relationships with service providers and overseas accounting
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax standards in each country where the Funds are present
• and take into account legislative and regulatory developments
• Ensure debt management: covenants and banking reporting
• Ensure that the returns (in cash, in IRR) can be technically served to investors,
• Ensure the coordination of the Funds, Investments, Accounting and Financial and Asset
• Management Departments for all matters relating to the Funds.

Requirements:
• 4 to 7 years experience
