Job Summary

To provide the necessary legal services as required/assigned (which includes the provisioning of legal advice in respect of the laws governed by the Commission and the drafting/reviewing of legal instruments) with a view of ensuring the interest and rights of the Commission are well safeguarded and within the laws.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare the required legal advice on matters affecting the Commission, to ensure sound advice is provided in safeguarding the interests and rights of the Commission
• Draft/vet legal instruments involving the Commission, to ensure that the interests and rights of the Commission are well protected.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders which relate to the provisioning of the legal services required, to address the legal needs of the said stakeholders and further ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the legal matters raised and the legal interests of the Commission are well protected.
