Job Description
• Implement and coordinate culture, employee recognition, and engagement initiatives fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Regional, HRBPs, Business Managers, etc.) to execute performance management cycle and other OD initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Conduct research on industry practices and benchmarking to inform the development of organization-wide HR policies and initiatives, staying abreast of emerging trends
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to enhance team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments/entities
• Handle other tasks assigned by Managers, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, background in Human Resources Management would be a plus
• At least 1 year of working experience in OD/ Talent Management
