• Prepare and manage Monthly Financials and Marketing Reports.
• Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
• Oversee daily office operations, including facilities and supplies management.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
• Ensure accuracy of records, including employee and client information.
