TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a talented Lead Data Scientist to join our Data department. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists to drive data-driven decision-making and develop innovative solutions.
• Communicating with business units to identify needs;
• Developing and implementing a strategy for developing a machine learning and DS culture within the organisation;
• Planning, decomposition and tasking of data analytics and machine learning tasks for the team;
• hiring and developing the DS team;
• develop processes for creating data showcases, model development and validation, documentation;
• implementing models into extensions, organising and interpreting A/B tests;
• monitoring of models.
• 4 years of experience in the role of Lead Data scientist/Senior Data scientist;
• good communication skills;
• knowledge of Python, SQL, Classic ML/DL stack, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow;
