TASKS:

• Handling operational sales issues related to customers, from order receipt to delivery, through office work exclusively

• Recording customer orders in SAP

• Maintaining continuous contact with customers by phone and email

• Close and constant cooperation with demand planning and delivery teams

• Handling complaints

• Managing customer receivables

EXPECTATIONS:

• Higher education degree in commerce or economics

• Knowledge of SAP

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)

• Confident in both English AND French language skills (mainly in writing on a daily basis)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Precise, accurate, independent work
