• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any equivalent business course.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same position
• Experience in Labor Relation is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in timekeeping payroll is a must.
• Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Willing to work on Saturday and can start ASAP
• Willing to work in Pasay City
