Office Based Virtual Assistant Role
(Office location: Looc, Lapu-Lapu City)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Email management and organization
• Prepare and organize database, systems, and reports
• Data entry, research, and general administrative tasks
• Handle social media
• Process Invoice
• Calendar Management
• Other adhoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Database applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
