KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Service Business team as a Service Maintenance Technician in Davao. You will be performing all the maintenance operations on site, according to the service contract requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes and methods.

Your key focus is to provide excellent service maintenance to our clients.

What will you be doing?

•Maintain excellent relationships with our customers, site contact personnel, and end-users with quality service mindset attitude
•Positively building customer satisfaction quality of service and through regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication
•Diligently updating KONE systems and tools of correct details every client visit
•Ensuring Safety in workplace and site visit at all times
•Develop and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
