**Job Responsibility**

Parts, GPB sales, Re-import, Scrap, subcontract and any related with LMW

3. Completing Monthly Reports by including sales, purchase and inventory must be accurately

calculated.

4. Prepare Invoice for and K9 declaration for scrap including drop ship and local sales.

5. Prepare Lampiran GPB for local shipment referring to Invoice and Packing List.

7. Manage schedule waste must be in accordance with the prescribed procedure and disposal period and

entering information into Eswis.

8. Scheduling disposal collections for general waste, production waste, carton and plastic.

10. Liaises directly with Custom Officer for any problems and inquiries.

12. Prepare yearly report, renewal report for LMW license.

13. Monitor and follow up closely with parties involved to ensure smooth process of shipping.

14. Invoicing for scrap carton, plastic and SW306.
