???? Mission : Industrial Engineer will apply production processes for: Seat heaters, SWH, Interior Heaters, ACT external, BTM, AMD, TED, CCB and participating in project team according to GENTHERM procedures. The Industrial Engineer will participate in GENTHERM local or global teams.

This position reports directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining technical requirements for equipment (new projects).

• New tools and machines development.

• Defining process parameters for the equipment.

• Equipment ordering for the production needs.

• Searching potential suppliers (from technical point of view).

• External and internal equipment release. Make visits to customers and suppliers if necessary.
