Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer located in Medan. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for engineering equipment. The daily tasks include assisting customers in resolving technical issues, analyzing problems, and delivering solutions.
