As Bar Manager you will have an excellent understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock, and cost control.

The Successful Bar Manager Will Have

Prior experience as a Bar Manager within a high-quality restaurant or bar.

Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail.

Passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn.

Able to create new, innovative cocktails.

Wine knowledge to pair with meals from the kitchen.
