Position: Support Worker (Temporary)
CALLING ALL ADULT SUPPORT WORKERS**
- Owen Payne Care Services are seeking experienced Adult Support Workers to work with individuals with mental health issues and learning difficulties.
Excellent written and verbal English is essential and must be able to work in the DY7, DY8, DY9 and DY10 areas
As a Support Worker, you could be working in people’s homes, in the community or in health and social care settings, and may help them with tasks such as mobility, eating and drinking, or personal care.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a similar role
• Hold a full valid driving license
• Have Oliver McGowan Tier 1 training
Some of the main responsibilities of a Support Worker role include:
• Providing physical support with household tasks and personal care
• supporting individuals with healthcare needs, for example undertaking routine checks and administering medication
