Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Photocopier and Printer Technician at Alpha Business Products Ltd. Ricoh & Lexmark main agents .

As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of photocopiers and printers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, replace parts, and ensure that the equipment is functioning efficiently.

Head office Southport.

Office & Field based role.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Photocopier and Printer Technician or a related role
• Strong knowledge of photocopier and printer operations and maintenance
• Proficiency in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service
