BV Dairy supplies specialist chilled dairy products as ingredients to food service and food manufacturers across England, Wales and Scotland. The family-run business was established 66 years ago in Shaftesbury, Dorset, and BV Dairy has recently joined the First Milk group, becoming part of our British farmer-owned dairy co-operative.

Every day BV Dairy sources 100,000 litres of milk from local farms. You can find its products in most supermarkets across the whole of the UK.

We are currently recruiting a full time Night Shift Manager for our production site in Shaftesbury, Dorset. This role is permanent nights, working 18.00 - 06:00, on a 4 days on/4 days off pattern.

The role includes:
• Leading and developing team and individual performance to maintain business standards
• Ensuring all products are manufactured to the required quality and quantity, on time and in full, within cost constraints.
