ScunthorpeWe are recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our organisation at The Arc.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 37 hours.
You will be studying towards Level 2 Customer Service and the course is expected to last up to 15 months including the End Point Assessment.
The rate of pay for this position is £6.40 The wage will increase to NMW following the initial 12 months for aged 19 or over.
Purpose
As a Customer Service Apprentice, your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will interact with the general public and colleagues, ensuring a high-quality service experience across multiple channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
