Position: Caretaker (Part Time)

BAM FM is recruiting a Caretaker to join our team based at the Tudor Grange Academy in Redditch.
Available Shift Pattern:

• 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

• 3.30pm
-7.30pm.

• Pay: £12.00 per Hour.

• 40 week term time only.

Your mission

• Security of the site.

• Lock/unlock school buildings and areas.

• Key holding.

• Setting/un-setting of security systems.

• Undertake regular security checks and identify security risks.

• Monitor fire safety equipment and carry out and assist authority in carrying out fire drills.

• Operate and respond to alarm systems where appropriate.

• Liaise with contractors.

• Provide emergency access to school site.
