POSITION: Leisure Assistants LOCATION: Ramsgate Leisure Centre SALARY: up to £19,047.60 (pro rata 37 hours - pay review pending) HOURS: Various hours available We are looking for enthusiastic Leisure Assistants to join our team at Ramsgate Leisure Centre, share our vision to ‘ LiveBetter with Your Leisure’ and are committed to our mission ‘ to improve the health, wellbeing and lifestyle of everyone within our communities’. Our Leisure Assistant role is a varied, multi-skilled role. These will include pool lifeguarding, customer service and equipment set up and dismantling. Successful applicants will ideally hold or be willing to undertake their National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (which will be provided*). To achieve the NPLQ qualification you will need to be water confident, able to swim, with a reasonable level of fitness.
