This is a really varied and wide-ranging role – it has everything from supporting our genetics teams, working with 3rd party suppliers and communicating with patients.

You’ll work closely with our Genetics Counsellors and Fertility Consultants to ensure our patients have their consent forms signed and their appointments are booked for tests. You’ll work with our 3rd party testing lab to make sure that all tests are completed on time and returned to us.

You’ll support our patients throughout their treatment journey, provide them with information, resolving any queries or problems, making sure they have the correct treatment plans and if you need to, signpost them to our Genetics Counsellor.

There is a lot of customer service required in this role, along with administration (updating spreadsheets, creating cost estimates, booking appointments) all while making sure our patients have the best possible experience they can receive.
