Job Purpose :

Responsible for Learning of Laguna Resort & Hotels. Ensures that Laguna Resort & Hotels achieve its goals by supervising coordinating, supporting, and administrating the training.

Key Result Areas :

1. Instills commitment to the Banyan Group experience in associates ensuring that the groups vision and mission are assimilated and the objectives of the company are met, especially in line with I AM WITH YOU Service Culture.

2. Assist and facilitate Core Training Programmes and other Training Programmes conducted by other Subject-Matter Expert.

3. Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate associates

4. Coordinating and communicating all external training planed for the calendar year to all department and ensure all training and happened according to the plan.

5. Administrate and coordinating with Phuket Development Skills Department (Government) in regards to Training courses submission that is required by Thai law.
