The position
As our new Contract and Governance Coordinator you will be responsible for processing contracts and other documents to be signed by senior management and for the administration of our Danish subsidiaries.

Your main tasks will be:
• Process documents received from Danish departments and foreign subsidiaries and identify special processing criteria for each case
• Manage processes of notarising and legalising of documents with Danish authorities
