Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute Client Handler to join our fast-paced Commercial broking team. You’ll be responsible for managing an extensive book of business providing bespoke solutions to a broad spectrum of commercial clients.

Your day to day will consist of:
• Managing a large portfolio of cross-class commercial business
• Working efficiently on achieving targets for retention, new business, and cross selling
• Dealing with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid -term renewals and retention, always providing the best customer service
• Managing policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
• Drafting professional reports and request key information from clients
• Providing support to other team members and assist in training newer team members
