Position:
• Maintain HR policies and processes, including file management and monitoring sickness absence.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and manage sensitive information with discretion
• Scanning of documents
• System support - maintenance, change and ongoing data updates

Requirements:
• CIPD Level 3 is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a reactive and wide-ranging workload.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
