You will implement software as part of the development team using established patterns and seek assistance when new patterns are needed

You ensure the team’s software is performant, scales, easy to deploy and support

You increase reliability and confidence in the team’s solution

You use automated testing to increase productivity and move towards a continuous delivery model

You contribute to the recruitment process of other team members

You conduct peer code reviews

You contribute to building a supportive culture within the team

You help to provide 2nd and 3rd line support when required
