The Duperow Co-operative Association is hiring a Full Time Crop Inputs Sales Assistant at our Agro center located in Biggar, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

Responsible for assisting and supporting the Crop inputs and Agro department operations in all areas. This position requires a strong customer service skillset, maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures and standards
• adherence to asset protection, safe working conditions, Co-op brand/image standards, and product regulatory requirements.
• Executes sales and marketing strategies, while actively supporting and contributing to community support initiatives and meeting Crop inputs operating budget requirements.
• Perform general and ongoing maintenance and housekeeping of Co-op facilities and properties.
• Responds to a variety of routine and non-routine customer inquiries, gauges customer needs and service satisfaction levels, and ensures issues are addressed in a timely manner.
