Supports Managers start at $20- $21.50/hr, plus shift differentials. Sign-on bonus $1,500!

18+ years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• With diploma, two years’ experience with I/DD.
• With Associates/Bachelor’s Degree, one year experience with I/DD.

You can be a hero with the simple act of caring. You will be an advocate for people with disabilities, creating a loving, warm home atmosphere.
• Lead & manage operations of residents’ home
• Ensure and provide quality care and support to residents
• Supervise employees with hands-on approaches
• Determine daily routine, scheduling of staff, and keep documentation
