We have an upcoming opportunity in the Research and Development (R&D) Department as a Field Support Technician.

The purpose of the position is to resolve machine downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. Time will be spent both on product support work, and R&D. Product support duties include engaging with customers in field to address any small or large issues after the purchase of their product, provide training if required, and collect feedback whenever possible.
