The senior system administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our on-premises infrastructure of Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory. They will also maintain the project to transition our infrastructure to a full cloud solution with Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint.

Reporting directly to the IT manager, this key position requires deep technical expertise as well as the ability to manage complex digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

On-premises infrastructure management:
• Administer and optimize the Windows server infrastructure and Active Directory services.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements.

Transition to the cloud:
• Design and execute the transition plan to Azure AD and SharePoint infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient migration.
• Train end users and IT staff on new technologies and processes.
