Our client, a large Belgian Food player with production near Roeselare, is looking for a self-employed S&OP Manager for a period of 6 months, starting in July.

The S&OP Manager’s key responsibilities will include:

Local S&OP management
• Ensure an optimal supply of all the bulk requirements in own processing
• Based on the demand requirements which you analysed before
• By means of properly established processing master plans that you discuss with agro & processing on a regular basis, for each individual material group;
• Following up day-to-day supply issues on different levels in order to prevent out-of-stocks on finished SKUs.
• Conduct and manage the monthly S&OP cycle to give visibility on mid-term supply issues (shortages vs excess quantities). Tackle all supply issues with the parties concerned: agro/processing, intercompany, 3rd party purchase
• Act as a contact person for sales to give advice on sales enquiries and set up actions to cope with changing demand patterns
