Join us in Bang & Olufsen’s exciting transformation journey as a trusted Partner to our C-level management. This is a maternity cover position – 12 month fixed term contract starting March or April 2024.

As Senior People & Culture business partner, you will be the trusted sparring partner to our C-level management and support our overall business strategy and align strategic objectives with employees and managers. Moreover, you will be partnering with leadership and development specialists on full talent lifecycle planning and execution; including hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, performance, and learning. All to enable us to create the workplace where curious and progressive people can grow and perform at their very best.
