Robintex Group is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive - IE

Job Description / Responsibility
• Study the worker’s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
• Ensure m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity as outlined in Production Planning.
• Applicant must have knowledge about SMV calculation, Production & cost analysis.
• Provide productivity target (Cutting Sewing finishing etc:) and ensure physical implementation as per plan.
• Process develop to achieve the targeted productivity.
• Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping.
• Prepare daily man-to-machine ratio reports.
• Set up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor.

Educational Requirements
• Graduation in Textile/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum CGPA-3.00

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
