Main Responsibilities
• Processing movements of items through BPCS or other specified ERP system.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Follow through and assisting with breakdown issuing and ordering.
• Assist with the expediting of orders.
• Documentation flow in and out of the warehouse.
• Assist with Health & Safety in the warehouse and control of PPE.
• Stock counts / Cycle counts.
• Assist with the management of consumable items.
• Housekeeping
• Security
• Assist to maintain GIT, nothing older than 4 days.
• Assist with the regional distribution of spares and equipment.
• Maintain accurate filing systems of all documents with special emphasis on P.O.D.'s.
• Adhere to and support QA processes.
• To carry out additional duties as may become necessary to ensure the successfuloperation of the company.

Educational Qualifications
• Grade 12
• Relevant Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing.
• A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a warehousing role.
