Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Coordinator. The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the resort's online sales platforms, coordinating customer service and communication efforts, and supporting the sales team. The role will require working on-site at the Gianyar location.

Qualifications
• 2 years experience in 4/5* Bali Hotel e-commerce
• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
• Experience in managing online sales platforms, OTA backend, RMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
