Gateway in - Gateway Out :!

YOUR TASKS:

To ensure the receipt and departure of domestic, industrial and international materials, in accordance with procedures, standards and requirements as defined by the Operations Managers, constantly taking account and respecting the rules of internal efficiency, integrity and security of shipments.

Gateway In :
• Be present at aircaraft arrivals and collect in (Import) matterial to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Check the contrormity of parts received against pre-alerts for better tracking of receipts
• Transfer material received to the waherouse for forwarding to base.

Gateway Out :
• Check packaging compliance to avoid errors
• Ensure bags are transferred to airlines on time for departure
• Have airlines acknowleidge receipt of DHL equipment to guarantee receipt of material
