The Customer Service Assistant is in-charge of providing excellent customer service. Receive phone calls from clients / suppliers / partners and transfer to appropriate department / person.
Take down messages and relay them to appropriate department / person. Assist tenants and customers with their queries / concerns.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College degree in any field
• With pleasing personality and excellent communications skills
