Apex Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Corporate Officer to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Senior Legal and Company Administrator role offers a favourable salary and benefits package.

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will provide legal and company administration services to a portfolio of clients and be progressively exposed to high-risk clients under the supervision of the Managers (Assistant Vice-President/Vice-President) and the Client Directors. You will also competently and autonomously manage a more complex workload and carry out duties in accordance with policies and procedures, legal/regulatory requirements, service levels and ACS standards to meet business expectations.
