Role Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Recruitment of Sales Staff and support staff in field.
2. On boarding , Induction & Training of Sales Staff.
3. Does Monthly Performance Analysis of every person in system to track his or her target vs achievement.
4. Replacing person with local manager's approval.
4. Reporting &Managing daily attendance of sales team through application.
5. Verifying employee's record of daily visits.
6. Generate daily report of personal order booking on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7. Generate area wise performance report related to primary and secondary sales.
8. Maintaining record of distributors, retailers, modern trade counters, mall, big customers.
9. Coordinating with major retailers for getting feedback of sales person and ways to improve performance of sales person.
