Qualifications and Skills

• Matric or equivalent.

• Experience with Solar system design and installation is vital (non-negotiable)

• Excellent Knowledge on solar components & electrical work

• Wireman License

• Valid Drivers License.

• At least two years experience working as a solar installer in residential field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good supervisory and leadership skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Comfortable working at reasonable heights.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee Solar installations in their entirety, ensuring a high quality of workmanship.

• All electrical wiring AC and DC power.

• All main DB related work such as Splitting critical and non-critical loads and phase balancing on three phase systems.
